CamRoot is a private B2B CCTV/security enquiry-sharing ecosystem created for verified installers, dealers, integrators and security professionals. CamRoot helps connect customer CCTV/security requirements with relevant local partners.
Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reselling, forwarding, publishing or distributing customer enquiry or lead information outside CamRoot.
Posting fake, misleading, duplicate or manipulated enquiries is strictly prohibited. Accounts involved in suspicious activity may be placed on hold, restricted or permanently banned without prior notice.
Excessive calling, spam messaging, abusive communication, forced selling or unethical customer handling is not allowed on the platform.
CamRoot only connects customer requirements with relevant CamRoot partners. CamRoot and Ditsvision do not guarantee customer response, order confirmation, payment collection, installation success or business conversion.
Customers submitting enquiries are independent third parties. CamRoot and Ditsvision are not responsible for customer behavior, negotiation outcome, cancellation, payment disputes or communication issues between customer and partner.
CamRoot and Ditsvision reserve the right to place accounts on hold, limit platform access, remove enquiries or permanently terminate any account involved in suspicious, unethical or policy-violating activity.
CamRoot branding, systems, design, enquiry logic, workflows and platform structure remain the property of Ditsvision / Dits Sales Corporation, unless otherwise legally assigned or transferred.
Any legal dispute related to CamRoot shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India.
CamRoot and Ditsvision may suspend or permanently terminate accounts at their sole discretion in order to maintain platform quality, security and trust.
These terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updates shall be considered acceptance of revised terms.
