These Terms explain the rules, rights, responsibilities, restrictions and usage conditions for CamRoot users, customers, installers, dealers, managers and platform partners.
These Terms & Conditions are a legal agreement between you and Dits Sales Corporation for use of CamRoot. By using CamRoot, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
If you are using CamRoot on behalf of a business, company, proprietorship, partnership, agency or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use CamRoot, register as a partner, access leads, submit customer enquiries or use any CamRoot service.
CamRoot is designed to help customers submit CCTV/security requirements and help verified installers, dealers and service partners access relevant enquiries, manage leads, contact customers and create quotations.
CamRoot is a technology and enquiry-sharing platform. CamRoot is not the final installation contractor for every enquiry unless specifically stated in writing.
Partners are independent businesses or professionals. They are responsible for their own service quality, pricing, quotation, installation, warranty, payment collection, tax compliance and customer dealings.
You may use CamRoot only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and are not restricted by law from using such services.
To access partner features, users may need to register and login with approved credentials. Account approval may be manual or system-assisted and may depend on business details, service area, verification and platform requirements.
CamRoot may classify accounts as pending, approved, hold, rejected, deleted, reactivated or any other operational status used by the platform.
Pending users may have limited access. Hold or restricted users may be prevented from opening leads or using certain features. Rejected, deleted or blocked users may be unable to login or access platform services.
CamRoot may ask for additional information, verification, business documents, location/service area details or clarification before approving or restoring an account.
Partners must use CamRoot professionally, lawfully and only for genuine CCTV/security service-related purposes.
Customers submitting CCTV/security requirements should provide accurate contact and requirement details. False, abusive, misleading or spam enquiries are not allowed.
Customer details may be shared with suitable CamRoot Partners for the purpose of contacting the customer regarding CCTV/security products, installation, repair, AMC or related services.
Customers understand that CamRoot Partners are independent service providers. Any final quotation, negotiation, payment, installation, warranty or service arrangement is between the customer and the partner unless CamRoot specifically states otherwise in writing.
Leads or enquiries shown on CamRoot are based on available customer information, service area, platform logic and partner eligibility. Access to a lead does not guarantee customer response, order confirmation or payment.
CamRoot may allow partners to report fake, invalid or incorrect leads. Such reports must be genuine and based on actual customer communication or valid reasons.
Misuse of fake lead reporting, false complaints, manipulated status updates or misleading activity logs may result in account hold, restriction, deduction of points/credits, loss of benefits, suspension or termination.
CamRoot may provide free or paid features, lead access, partner benefits, credits, points, DV Stars, subscriptions, promotional offers or other monetization features now or in the future.
Unless specifically stated in writing, fees, credits, subscriptions, service charges or promotional charges may be non-refundable after use or activation.
CamRoot may consider adjustments, credits, corrections or refunds at its discretion in cases of duplicate payment, technical error, failed service activation or verified platform-side issue.
Refunds or adjustments will not be provided merely because a customer did not answer, did not convert, negotiated outside the platform, cancelled the requirement or selected another service provider.
CamRoot may provide a quotation maker tool to help partners create simple CCTV/security quotations. This tool is provided for convenience and workflow support.
DV Stars or similar recognition/quality indicators may be used to track partner activity, trust, performance, benefits or internal quality signals.
CamRoot may add, deduct, modify, pause or remove such points/recognition based on activity, complaints, fake lead reports, misuse, promotion rules, admin decisions or system logic.
DV Stars are not cash, legal tender, guaranteed rewards or permanent rights unless specifically communicated in writing.
CamRoot may send app notifications, web notifications, emails, WhatsApp messages, SMS, calls or in-app alerts for leads, account updates, support, reminders, verification, security notices, promotions or important platform updates.
Users can manage device notification permissions from their device/browser settings. Disabling notifications may affect real-time lead alerts or platform communication.
Use of CamRoot is also governed by the CamRoot Privacy Policy. By using CamRoot, you agree that your information may be collected, used, stored, shared and retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
CamRoot may record partner login and logout activity, last active time, dashboard and lead usage, leads opened, customer contact number reveals, Call/WhatsApp button clicks, lead status changes, Deal Done marks, DV Stars wallet views, support requests, profile actions and similar usage events for platform safety, lead quality, support, fraud prevention and service improvement. These records indicate actions performed on CamRoot and do not include the content of phone calls or WhatsApp messages.
Customer enquiry data must be handled responsibly and only for the intended service purpose. Unauthorized sharing, resale or misuse of customer data is strictly prohibited.
Users may request account deletion through the in-app path or the public account deletion page.
CamRoot may verify the identity of the requester before processing deletion. Once a deletion request is approved and completed, account access may be disabled and the user may no longer be able to log in.
Some business, legal, security, tax, fraud prevention, dispute, support or audit records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Reactivation may be possible only after verification and only if the account data has not been permanently deleted, anonymized or restricted for legal/security reasons.
CamRoot may place any account on hold, restrict lead access, suspend features, reject registration, block login or terminate an account if CamRoot finds or suspects:
CamRoot may take such action with or without prior notice depending on the seriousness, urgency and risk involved.
CamRoot may help collect information or support communication in case of disputes, but CamRoot is not automatically responsible for disputes between customers and independent partners.
Pricing, installation quality, product warranty, payment collection, on-site behavior, service timeline, product selection, return/refund and after-sales support are primarily between the customer and the partner unless CamRoot has expressly agreed in writing.
CamRoot does not guarantee any fixed number of leads, customer responses, confirmed orders, revenue, profit, conversion rate, payment collection or business success.
Lead quality, customer intent, market demand, pricing, competition, partner behavior, customer availability and many other factors can affect results.
CamRoot may use or link to third-party services such as hosting, Google services, Firebase notifications, analytics, Meta Pixel, WhatsApp, email, payment gateways, map/location tools or communication providers.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, downtime, limits and data practices. CamRoot is not responsible for independent actions, technical failures, charges, delays or policies of third-party providers, except where required by law.
CamRoot may update, modify, pause, remove, test or discontinue any feature, page, workflow, plan, lead rule, notification system, dashboard, quotation tool or partner benefit at any time.
CamRoot does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, always-available or permanently maintained access. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, hosting issues, third-party services, security updates, bugs, internet problems or events outside our control.
CamRoot name, brand, logo, design, layout, workflows, software structure, dashboards, database structure, lead logic, content, graphics, icons, documents, quotation templates and platform processes are owned or controlled by Dits Sales Corporation / Ditsvision unless otherwise stated.
Users must not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, clone, reverse engineer, distribute or misuse CamRoot intellectual property without written permission.
Users may submit information such as registration details, enquiry details, lead updates, support messages, quotation details, business profile details or feedback.
By submitting such information, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate any third-party rights. You grant CamRoot permission to use such information for platform operation, support, compliance, analytics, fraud prevention and service delivery.
Partners are responsible for complying with applicable laws, GST/tax rules, business registration requirements, consumer protection obligations, product warranty commitments, installation safety rules and service-related legal obligations.
CamRoot may ask for GSTIN, business details or other documents where needed for business verification, quotation accuracy, compliance or record-keeping.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CamRoot, Dits Sales Corporation, Ditsvision, its owners, team members, managers, agents and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs or expenses arising from:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CamRoot, Dits Sales Corporation and Ditsvision shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of business, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, lost opportunities or customer disputes.
CamRoot’s role is limited to platform operation, enquiry workflow and related support. CamRoot is not responsible for independent actions, omissions, service quality, pricing, warranties, promises or conduct of customers, partners or third-party providers.
CamRoot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, profitable, lead-converting or suitable for every business expectation.
Any business decision, customer communication, quotation, installation commitment or service transaction made by a partner is the responsibility of that partner.
CamRoot will not be responsible for delay, failure, downtime, data delay, communication failure or service interruption caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet failures, hosting failure, cyberattack, government action, regulatory change, strikes, power failure, technical outage, war, pandemic or third-party service failure.
CamRoot may preserve, disclose or share information if required by law, court order, government authority, law enforcement, cyber incident investigation, legal claims, fraud prevention or protection of platform rights and user safety.
CamRoot may update, revise or modify these Terms at any time to reflect business changes, legal requirements, platform updates, app requirements or security practices.
The “Last Updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of CamRoot after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
If your account is suspended, terminated, deleted or blocked, your right to access CamRoot may stop immediately.
